Complaints About an Operator
This page is about complaints regarding our coverage
If you have a dispute with a gambling operator itself — a withheld withdrawal, a closed account, a bonus dispute — this site cannot help directly. We do not hold your funds, do not have access to your account, and have no authority over any operator’s decisions. Contact the operator’s own support channel first, and if that does not resolve it, most licensed operators are required to point you toward an independent dispute-resolution service or their regulator’s complaints process — check the operator’s own terms or licensing page for that route.
What we do handle here
If you believe an article on this site described an operator inaccurately — wrong licensing information, an out-of-date term, a factual claim that does not match what the operator currently publishes — that is exactly the kind of thing we want reported. Email [email protected] with the article URL, the specific claim, and, where possible, a link to the correct current information.
What happens after you report it
We check the claim against the operator’s current published information. If we find we were wrong or out of date, we correct the article and note the correction date near the affected passage — see our editorial policy for how corrections work. We do not remove factually accurate but unflattering coverage just because an operator or a reader objects to it.
