What this site is — and is not

Mobile Gambling Technology Hub is an independent editorial and affiliate website. We do not accept real-money bets, hold player funds, or operate any gambling product ourselves. We are not a gambling operator, are not licensed as one, and do not need to be — we publish articles about apps and platforms that are licensed elsewhere, and we link to them.

How we treat licensing when we write about an operator

Real-money gambling is regulated state-by-state in the U.S., and separately in other markets. Before an article recommends or links to a specific app, we check the licence or registration status the operator itself publishes — usually in its footer or a dedicated “About” or “Licensing” page — and we name the regulator involved (for example, a state gaming commission, or, for sweepstakes-model apps, the jurisdiction the operator states it is registered in). Where an operator does not publish clear licensing information, we say so in the article rather than guessing.

Licensing status can change — an operator can lose a licence, exit a state, or change its legal structure. If you plan to deposit real money anywhere, verify current licensing directly on the regulator’s own public register before you do, not from this site alone.

Sweepstakes-model apps

Some apps covered on this site run on a sweepstakes or social-casino model rather than direct real-money wagering, which is regulated differently from traditional online casino gambling in most U.S. states. Where an article covers this kind of app, we say so explicitly, because the legal and consumer-protection framework is not the same as for a licensed real-money casino.

Our own compliance

This site follows standard affiliate-marketing disclosure practice — see our affiliate disclosure — and does not target readers under the applicable legal gambling age. We do not run advertising for operators that are not licensed or registered in at least one jurisdiction they operate in.
