How We Earn Money
Short version
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you sign up with an operator through one of those links, we may earn a commission. It does not cost you anything extra, and it does not change the price or terms you get from the operator.
What commission does not buy
An affiliate relationship pays us for a referral, not for a positive review. It does not buy:
- A guaranteed mention — plenty of apps we’ve looked at are not linked anywhere on this site, usually because we could not verify basic facts like licensing or payment terms.
- A better rating, score, or ranking position than the facts support.
- Editorial control — no operator sees a draft before it publishes, and none has ever asked us to remove or soften a specific point.
See how we evaluate apps for what we actually check before an article goes up.
Where you’ll see this
Individual reviews and comparison articles that include outbound links to an operator carry a short disclosure near the top of the article, in addition to this page. You should not have to hunt for it.
Why we do it this way
Running an editorial site costs time and hosting money. Affiliate commission is how this one stays free to read without a paywall or intrusive ad network. We think that’s a reasonable trade as long as it’s disclosed clearly, which is the point of this page.

If you think a specific article reads like it was shaped by a commercial relationship rather than the facts, we want to know — see Contact.
